We use fitness as a tool to help children develop a strong sense of confidence and self worth. YFL requires children to do physically hard things so they can realize their potential and prove to themselves how strong they truly are.


From dedicated athletes, to those looking to simply just get moving, Youth Fitness League provides a variety of classes across skillset and ability for children ages 2 through 17

Our toddler classes have a "parent & me"  format and are geared towards little athletes that love to run, jump and play!


Simple, body weight fitness movements such as squats and planks are integrated into fun games and obstacle courses so your little one is learning and having fun at the same time.

Ready, Set, Go! Our Kids Track Club is a cardio-based class designed for children of all abilities to build confidence and develop fundamental track skills.


Classes focus on sprinting, distance running, and relay races, while incorporating balance and coordination challenges to help young athletes improve agility, endurance, and form. Whether your child is new to track or looking to improve their speed and stamina, this inclusive program offers a supportive and energetic environment to grow and succeed.

About Us

YSL employs a holistic mind-body-soul approach within all of our training sessions and boot camps. We incorporate nutritional education, social and emotional learning, confidence building, breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation within an intensive cardiovascular high interval training (HIT) structure.


Coach Tony personally curates each training session, which centers around competitive games and heart racing speed/agility challenges. Coach Tony’s contagious energy, empowering motivational techniques, passion for helping others and holistic approach have proven to help kids not only strengthen their bodies but also their minds.


Meet the Coaches

Founder, Coach Tony  brings unmatched energy, experience, and heart to Youth Fitness League. With 16 years of public-school experience working with special needs students and coaching athletes of all levels, he has dedicated his life to helping young people grow through movement and mentorship. A former two-sport collegiate athlete and current endurance racer, Coach Tony lives and breathes physical fitness. His deep understanding of athletic development, combined with his background in education, allows him to connect with every child—whether they’re just starting out or striving to reach new goals. Coach Tony founded YFL to merge his passion for teaching and fitness, creating a fun, inclusive environment where kids of all abilities can build strength, confidence, and character. His mission is simple: get kids moving, smiling, and believing in themselves—one class at a time.

Coach John brings dedication, heart, and experience to Youth Fitness League. A captain of both the Varsity track and cross country teams, John is an accomplished athlete with a personal record of 4:55 in the mile and four years of competitive running under his belt. John has been part of YFL since he was 15 years old, specializing in one-on-one training and working closely with children of all abilities, including those with special needs. An academic scholar with a passion for leadership and service, John has been accepted to Sacred Heart University to study Political Science, with ambitions to become a lawyer. His commitment to youth development, combined with his athletic and academic achievements, make him a role model both on and off the track.
