We use fitness as a tool to help children develop a strong sense of confidence and self worth. YFL requires children to do physically hard things so they can realize their potential and prove to themselves how strong they truly are.


From dedicated athletes, to those looking to simply just get moving, Youth Fitness League provides a variety of classes across skillset and ability for children ages 2 through 17

TODDLER CLASSES

Our toddler classes are geared towards little athletes that love to run, jump and play. Simple push/pull body weight fitness movements such as squats and planks are integrated into games so your little one is learning and having fun at the same time. Coach Tony will keep them active and motivated and will work to develop a strong foundation, strength, balance, flexibility and coordination.

PRETEEN/TEEN GROUP CLASSES

Geared toward preteens and teens new to fitness, this program is designed for beginners and introduce foundational skills in agility, coordination, and endurance. Through fun, functional exercises participants build not only physical skills but also self-confidence. Above all, our program emphasizes character development, instilling resilience, cooperation, and a positive attitude toward lifelong fitness.

About Us

YSL employs a holistic mind-body-soul approach within all of our training sessions and boot camps. We incorporate nutritional education, social and emotional learning, confidence building, breathing techniques and mindfulness meditation within an intensive cardiovascular high interval training (HIT) structure.


Coach Tony personally curates each training session, which centers around competitive games and heart racing speed/agility challenges. Coach Tony’s contagious energy, empowering motivational techniques, passion for helping others and holistic approach have proven to help kids not only strengthen their bodies but also their minds.


Meet the Coach

Owner, Coach Tony has 15 years of public-school experience teaching special needs students and coaching/training athletes of all levels. As a former two sport collegiate athlete and current endurance racer, physical fitness is engrained within every fiber of his being. He has found a way to merge his passion for teaching with physical fitness within his community by forming Youth Fitness League (YFL).
